"Driver robin jewell on the way up was brilliant and made everyone at ease coach was clean and tidy. On the other hand the driver on the way home was miserable and rude didnt get his name and his driving was awful kept swerving and his braking was bad good thing we had a bigger coach on the way home but it was dirty chewing gum on the trays there was a sick bag left on from previous booking."

"Our pick up driver was excellent, phoned me the day before and was quite happy to make a slight detour to pick someone up on the way even though it meant going down the M3 rather than the M4 to Heathrow. Driver on the way back was the exact opposite and had to pay him to make the same detour so not impressed with that."
