We take this very seriously as we know that you, the customer has a choice.
All our valued staff follow our vision to ensure that all our customers receive the very best service.
After many years experience in the coaching industry travelling extensively in the U.k. and Europe, we know that the Quality of the Service from all of our staff, is paramount to the success of the Company so far, and whilst we are not by any means the biggest company in respect of vehicles, we strive to be the biggest company in terms of the quality of our service.
All our drivers are CRB checked, have valid Driver Qualification Cards, and all our vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained and serviced.
All of our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts, reclining seats, air conditioning, have toilet facilitiies and curtains.

"We used Destinations Coaches for our recent trip to Newbury Racecourse. I must say the service received from all concerned was top class and hassle free. The company couldn't have been more helpful with the actual booking supplying a first class vehicle and a driver who went out of her way to deliver the best of service. It was a smooth comfortable journey conducted in heavy traffic. On arrival at the race course our driver even arranged for a buggy to transport my disabled wife from the coach park to the entrance. On the return journey she dropped some of our number at additional stops. All in all it was a splendid day out and I would certainly recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you to Patrice the driver and to Dave who we dealt with in the office."

"Very reasonably priced. Arrived before scheduled time. Very polite and courteous driver. Very clean inside. Constantly keeping us informed with ETA. Stopped for toilet break. Flexible with access to possessionsee on the coach. Prompt departure time. Safely back to destination. All in all was a 1st class service. Only negative was a faulty on board toilet which we were informed about Thank you Patrice and Destination Coaches...will DEFINITELY be using again."
