"The Journey went very smoothly. The drivers arrived way before schedule. Carol was very communicative on the day about delays but they still managed to get in before time. The drivers were very patient with us and were very tolerant or our time waste. They were very helpful, calm and professional. The coach was clean and safe but was a little old. The only downside was that the AC on one of them wasn't working but wasn't the end of the world. We had a great time, coupled with a great experience with them and looking forward to booking them again next year. Great value for money. Thank you Carol, Mickey and Jason!"

"We booked an end of year school trip and at 1am the night before, we received an email reporting that the coach had broken down and cover could not be found. The children and parents were devastated that we had to cancel their trip on that morning and the company had no effective contingency plan in place acknowledging and preparing for these risks."

"The journey was amazing. The driver was so patient with us although we was loud and the manager was so nice. The timing was perfect and the coach was so comfortable. It was a very nice trip and I most enjoyed the trip because of the coach."

"The coach arrived early,there were three pick up points which was completed quickly and we were on our way by 10.30, the driver was smartly dressed and very helpful,the journey was comfortable,it was a hot day so the air conditioning was well received,the journey was quicker than we thought despite some heavy traffic on th M25."
