We had asked Candy Coaches if we could have a slight detour on the way back to drop some passengers off in Hindhead, and our driver Tom was kind enough to make 3 additional drop offs on the way back so that all our passengers could get home safely. He was prompt picking us up and dropping us off. We would definitely hire Candy Coaches again."

"I would 100% recommended Candy Executive Coaches, the driver arrived on time, gave full details where the pick up would be and was very polite and welcoming. The price was almost half the cost of other competitors, so extremely great value for money."

"The booking process was great with good communication, always willing to answer questions. Even when not available, someone would get back to me in one way or another. The coach was comfortable and good appearance, clean and comfortable with quite a few passengers commenting on the helpfulness and great attitude of John, the driver. I personally found him very friendly and helpful in ensuring we had a smooth journey, from start to finish. Very puntual arrival for the pick up and also punctual return. Given the great service we most certainly will be using Candy Executive Coaches again."

"The coach arrived in plenty of time the driver John was very patient as we left late he was very presentable as was the coach, I was worried due to reading past reviews but coach was comfortable unexpected not new but value for money no complaints from my guests would highly recommend if looking for value for money which I certainly had a new coach was quoted £200 more for the same job."

"The Operator was extremely helpful. I had managed to book the wrong day and she was very helpful in switching the date and getting a driving for me. she was a life saver. The Driving was friendly and helpful. The only criticism that the other passengers had was that he took a long and strange way out of Epsom. but that could of been because he wasn't familiar with the area or that cause of the size of the coach couldn't go the normal way. in general that trip was good and will most likely use again"

"Having heard about Candy coaches before, I was a bit disappointed. Firstly, the driver wasn't aware that there more than one pick up point. (It was on the confimation invoice.) Secondly, the driver took a very odd routing, which meant additional mileage/time and we arrived at our destination late. No assitance was offered with getting the luggage on/off the coach. The coach provided was clearly sub-contracted to another company, as it wasn't a Candy coach and said 'On hire to Candy coaches' in the door. The coach was pretty old (1998/9) and very basic. 2* is harsh, but 3 * is generous. I'm being generous!"
