"The outbound journey was late for 1 hour 5 minutes, saying that the vehicle was broken down and required to change for replacement. The driver was OK and drove safely. The return journey was OK, the driver messaged in advance with a picture of the vehicle and arrived 15 minutes before the booked time. However, the driver was a bit temper though we arrived safely. The minibus for both trip were a bit tired."

"Had an early morning trip to Gatwick and early morning pick up on return. We couldn’t fault the drivers Joy and Tony. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was 2 more pick ups on way there and 3 drop offs on return and it all went smoothly. The vehicles were both clean and comfortable, there were 11 of us going with luggage, hand luggage and a buggy which all fitted in the back space giving us the whole minibus for us to chill. For the journey to and from Gatwick. Would totally recommend Bryant travel, I went through a comparison website but will go straight to Bryant in future. Well done."

"Very difficult to leave a positive review as your coach broke down before our scheduled pick up time. I appreciate that you managed to get a local driver + coach, but our day was delayed by over an hour. We also had no toilet facilities on the replacement coach. I can't recommend you as I didn't get to use your company. Sorry for the negative response."

"Driver missed the turning to Goodwood which unfortunately wasted some valuable time. Toilet was out of order on the coach because it hadn’t been emptied and was smelly for anyone sitting nearby. Driver was accommodating to our requests. A cooler on the coach would have been useful for group picnic which the driver also enjoyed."
