"Will never use this company again didnt get the 19 seater VIP mini bus we paid for got a 52 seater coach going to venue which was fine on the return journey got a 52 seater coach again but the driver was very rude told me on the phone at 11am our pick up time that he would be there 40 minites later and that i had changed pick up time ( i did not ) it was over an hour later he turned up only to travel about an hour came of motorway to be told we changeing coaches and we were put on a disabled little bus we were squashed in our luggage was thrown in and we had to make room for drivers wife they were very rude very unorganised company never again stay away from them"

"Bestway not only provided the best quote for my travel, but also unbeatable communication and service. The driver was early, very friendly and helpful. However, the bus on the return journey was not as good and the driver did seem to stuggle with the gears at times. This was not his fault and he was very apologetic."

"Wrong price quoted initially. Quoted at £800 but got invoices £865. We assumed this was for official parking even though we had requested official parking on the initial quite request. When we got to Wembley there was no official parking and the driver asked us to ring him when we are all together and he would drive round to collect us. This meant we had older people stood in the rain waiting. The driver was fantastic and helpful. The coach was very old and of very poor standard."
