"Thursday 13th day trip to London zoo Over all the journey was very bumpy and uncomfortable the driver kept braking like he wasn’t playing attention and all over the place on the motorway, over the solid white Rumble line to the left and the next lane on the right. The driver himself was very pleasant and well dressed however could have been more professional when giving the safety speech and on the return journey done up his top 2 buttons and put on his tie. Finally the coach was very clean and fresh however the arm rests on the aisle seats pinch in whatever position you put them in and feel like the seats are made for children rather than all shapes and sized adults and something on the coach was squeaking constantly towards the rear of the centre. Also the driver told us as we got off that he would be picking us up at the same location or near to there but instead he has parked in a different location and sent one of the passengers (all be it Barnes Staff) to collect us on foot and walk us to the coach. One of the other passengers obviously struggled to walk the distance as was out of breath and had to stop during the walk on multiple occasions. This was our first time travelling with Barnes we will try it again but if we have the same treatment again that will be our final time which will be a shame as we’ve heard such great things"

"We went on a trip to poole yesterday. Coach was on time, inside spotless as usual and driver lovely. Smart, friendly and masked. Handgel offered to all and everyone spaced out safely. Felt totally safe and looked after. Lovely journey there and back. Have travelled with Barnes for years and would never use another company."

"I would 100% be travelling with Barnes again, as well as highly recommending them to others. The coach was spotless and clean, nicely cooled with air conditioning. I understand some might feel a little apherensive about travelling in this Pandemic we find our self's in but honestly rest assure you are in safe hands, You will feel like your getting VIP treatment with your own spot on board. My kids loved ❤ their day out and can't wait for the next day trip with barnes. Our Driver had an amazing personality and really did make us all feel relaxed and enjoyed his guide tour. I think you will be in excellent hands with your travelling no matter if its a day trip or holiday... You are safe and well looked after with Barnes. THANK YOU for our anazing day trip yesterday xx"

"The journey was very good The coach was fantastic clan and tidy and very comfortable The driver gave very clear instructions on safety but unfortunately did come across a bit rude to customers, I did have many commenting to me on his attitude, I would prefer not to have him drive us again as all the others we have had have been fabulous x"

"Had a lovely weekend away for 4 days in Scarborough Alan and Sarah was very friendly and very helpful. All the social distance and everything was great hotel was lovely and enjoyed our stay away. It’s was the 1st time we had Alan and Sarah on a Barnes trip."

"I used Barnes Coaches to get to London and a return from Bristol Airport recently. The service was magnificent. The minibus clean and tidy. Drivers fully aware of social distancing, sanitizer available for use. This company surely has gone to great lengths to protect staff and passengers and I would not hesitate to use again. "We went on the Highclere Castle trip yesterday . Iwe found it very tiring .After being picked up at 9.15 .then going to Newbury ..and staying there for 2 and a half hours .then going on to Highclere .was far too much . We wouldn't do that trip again not unless we went straight to Highclere . Quite a few travelles thought the same . We didn't really see the point of being picked up so early ."
