"A long trip down to Yeovilton hampered by road works and road closures..The coach was clean and comfortable.Our driver Phil was very helpful.. The reason for four stars only is frustration of the roadworks etc.that made the journey longer.It is not a reflection of Barnes Coaches or the driver."

"The journey was spot on. On time there and back. Our driver Colin Jones was really good at his job. The coach was spotlessly clean and warm and comfortable. Well done Barnes Coaches."

"Although I don't make the monthly journeys that Barnes provide for us myself the bus always shows up on time and returns people on time with no problems. The only thing that would make the service better would be to pay for the trip once it has been completed rather than 2 weeks in advance."

"Friday 21st - Avebury to Hampton Court Palace The driver was amazing - he got us into London in an hour 40 mins, and back out (on a Friday night!) in 2 hours. He knew when to ignore the satnav and when to follow it which is invaluable! He was smart and friendly, and the coach was clean. His driving was smooth and felt safe."

"The journey was good, drivers (for both journeys) were very friendly and helpful. Overall the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the toilet facilities were out of order for the outward journey (this wasn't a problem on the return journey). These things happen and will definitely be booking again for future events."

"Another trip out for Sainsbury's Veterans to Evesham Country Park and Events House Worcester. The coach was early so we had to go back to the first pick up to collect missing passengers but the coach was clean and Driver helpful we got to the Country park, had a lovely time. The journey from there to Events house did not run smooth as the sat nav sent us all around outskirts of Worcester instead of nearby junction off the motorway so we did arrive a little late. In all fairness some of these post codes cannot be relied on so always have an idea where you are going and discussion with the driver we had a smooth journey home and we would still always book with Barnes as they are reliable."

"The journey was good with a little inconvenience as not toilet facilities on board as well as the inability to play music as equipment faulty. The driver was very good and helpful as well as understanding. The vehicle was well kept. Overall good dealing a part from the point mentioned above."

"Hi, I am glad you had a nice day. Apologies if there was any confusion regarding your coach but you hadn't booked a coach with a toilet as at present none of our 96 seat coaches have toilets. I will look into why the audio system wasn't working though as it hadn't been reported to us previously that it wasn't working."

"My journey there and back from Christchurch was very good apart from the freezing cold air condition. It was turned off for a while as nearly all the passengers were complaining it was so cold then back on again. I was being blasted with cold air from the middle section of the ceiling which went down the whole coach . Not a happy bunny."
