"30th june isle of wight when we got back to southsea my grandson asked my about the cirtificat for going on hovercraft my grandson loved the hovercraft so my doughter got him a model that was on the desk got on the coache and the box was empty have emaild and messaged the hover with no reply from them as always great service from barnes travel , thank you"

"We organised a number of busses to ferry our friends and family to and from our wedding venue. Throughout the team were super friendly, helpful, and flexible to our needs. In the night the drivers were helpful and all our guests got home safe."

"We went on a school trip and it was wonderful from start to finish thanks to our reliable and helpful driver. He was so kind to all of the children as they excitedly boarded, was patient as we found our seats and even gave us a few sick bags when needed! The coach was spotless and the tv screens were a welcome distraction for the children! He was on time there and back and was able to update us with arrival times when we hit a delay on our return journey. We had a great day, made easy with barnes coaches! Will definitely use again!"

"Our coach was late picking us up from school due to an accident. The driver took the wrong turning in Bristol and had to reverse back along quite a long road. He also missed the turning off the M5 to the M4 so we had to drive to Avonmouth and turn around. We were surprised to discover that the coach had been assigned a school pick up at Warneford after our trip which we weren't back in time for anyway. However, Barry (the driver) did keep the children on the coach entertained with his head mic and drove a particular route to allow the children to see Clifton Suspension Bridge on the way and way back which was really appreciated. Due to us being late arriving at the SS Great Britain our time to explore the ship was cut short which was a shame. I also felt sorry for Barry that he was under pressure to get back for the school run after dropping us off - surely another coach should have been assigned for the Warneford pick up as there was no chance we would have been back in time for him to make 3.15pm pick up. Barry was apologetic and very pleasant on both journeys."

"Everything on the day was perfect the coach was immaculate the driver was very polite & well turned out if I’d have known the coach was used for Nottingham Forest players I would of had a photo of it I’m from Nottingham originally & knew cloughy The seats with tables didn’t go down for a couple as they couldn’t travel backwards but it won’t stop us using you again Regards Marilyn (highworth & swindon walking club walks coordinator)"
