"The driver arrived and was waiting ahead of schedule, allowing plenty of time for us to board and depart promptly for our school trip. We also arrived at our destination in plenty of time. At all times the driver was courteous and helpful ensuring that all children were seated and had their seat belts on before we started moving. The driver was neatly dressed and the coach was spotless. Thank you for a great service!"

The driver was prompt and allowed our guests to take control of the mic, which provided a huge amount of entertainment to all those on board. We felt the price was very reasonable and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Barnes in the future."

"We hired the coach to take a group off guests home after a family wedding as it was cheaper and more convenient than several taxis. Arrival was punctual and the coach clean and tidy. The driver was very polite and the whole experience was positive."

"I hired a coach to take a group to Oxford at the weekend. As always the coaches are very clean, comfortable. The Drivers are always smartly dressed, and are usually early to the first Departure Point, and they park as close to the Theatre as they are allowed to. I have got to know quite a few of the Drivers over the past 28 years I have been using Barnes Coaches, but my 3 main drivers are Dave, Keith and Josh, but do have other drivers too from time to time. The Office Staff, Susie and Linda take my bookings, they both do a fantastic job. Having used Barnes Coaches for 28 years, and sometimes I have hired 20 coaches a year - would I use them again? Most Definitely."

"We have just come back from a four day trip to Bonn, Germany with a group of 27 children. From the very first moment (which was 5am!) our excellent driver Jason was just a superstar. Always happy and positive in any situation and forever going beyond the call of duty for the group, especially the kids. He provided music and family films for the children to keep them occupied on our 12 hour journey. I genuinely do not know how the trip would of been without him. I will from now on only ever use Barnes coaches, on the proviso that Jason is our driver. I cannot rate him and Barnes coaches enough. Excellent, excellent service!!"
