Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.

"An excellent, beyond reproach experience My first time on this trip with the cadets, it was plainly obvious of our drivers experience levels and performed his role with aplomb. A great chatacter he has my thanks. My only further wish is that, upon my trip next year, he is again behind the wheel"

"The journey to Arnhem, with cadet forces in 3rd September 2019. Our driver has been fantastic, caring, thoughtful, generous with his knowledge of driving. A highly huge favourite of us cadet instructors and cadets alike. Having known Dan a number of years while taking us to Arnhem he has made an effort unlike a tour guide being ungrateful. "Just back from a great weekend away as a CFAV on the battlefield Tour to Arnhem, we have had the same driver, Dan Smee for the last four years, his knowledge is second to none, he is always cheerful and happy to assist with any extra request we have of him. Will be looking for to using him again next year"

"Dan Smee has by far been the best coach driver I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He drove our cadets from stop 24 to Arnhem (and everywhere in between !). He keep his cool in the face of bad drivers and individuals. His professionalism, jolly nature and skills are a credit to Barnes coaches."

"Yet again a fabulous few days with our Driver Dan Smee on the Airborne March trip to Holland with Thsmes Valley Wing Air Cadets. Have done this trip with Dan the last 4 years. He is a true tonic and a real fun guy. Look forward to many more trips with him."

"Our driver dan was outstanding, friendly and went out of his way to help us and accommodate the battlefield tour guide who got facts wrong, repeated herself and put serious time restraints on us, the coach was alright but could do with a bigger tv screen"

"Our cadet journey to Arhnem starting the 3rd September was difficult due to no fault of the company or Dan. He was brilliant and has been our driver for many years on our trip. He is friendly, helpful and has a laugh with the cadets and staff. He keeps us up to date with any changes. Dan is a big part of our team and it wouldn’t be the same without him."
