"Pick up and drop up were on time. Phone calls prior to pick ups. Driver was a lovely man and very helpful. A genuine nice guy. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. A smooth journey. Would recommend. Thank you."

"Missed call before the pick up - to ask how many travellers there would be. The number had changed from 11 to 9 but I didn’t think this would matter much. Instead of a mini bus x2 cars came to pick up as apparently the mini bus was stuck at Manchester airport. The driver was friendly hence the 2 stars. He let us play our music and was chatty - however that was all the positives. The journey back was a lot worse. Pick up was late, again x2 cars not a mini bus (was the mini bus still stuck in Manchester the day after?), back seat had various items left behind (beer bottle, earring and a pair of glasses). We’d been on a night out and just wanted to get home - but we all stated how the driver had been on his phone whilst driving us. Which is illegal but we’d also paid £350 for this shocking service and then the fact we’d been split up rather than bei bf able to travel together. Won’t book again."

"Was promised a 14 seater bus for my daughters for wedding 2 minibus to go to wedding? Coming back 2 minibus and only one 12 people want picking up and my daughter pregnant and the driver tried to charge them for trip? Not impressed sorry"

"Our journey couldn’t have gone any better. Ateeq was waiting for us at the departure and collection times. The minibus was suavity’s and comfortable. Would definitely recommend"
