"17/04- This was followed up with private emails regarding the vehicle involved and resulted in the driver receiving a formal written warning. Unfortunately dash cam footage was unavailable. "Our coach arrived with plenty of time to load up and set off for LGW. (Party of 24). Our driver was polite and helpful, we arrived at LGW with time to spare before our early morning departure. Our vehicle was very comfortable and clean. The pick up for our return was arranged and again the return trip was just as smooth as the outward journey."

"This was a late booking, but they made the whole process easy. They gave us the name & mobile number of the driver of our coach 3 days before the journey. William arrived a few minutes early, so there was no stress. He was courteous and very presentable. The coach was perfect, just right for our group. it was clean and the seats are very comfortable. The blue lighting on the way home, was excellent for tired party people. We look forward to booking Ambassador-Line again in the future. Thank you."
