"The coach was about 1hr late to pick us up which was not satisfactory as I specifically stated when booking that I would like the coach to be punctual. The company did call to notify me that the driver will be late. If the lateness was like 5 or 10 minutes it would have been fine but 1hr was too much. The driver was on time for the return journey which was nice."

"The driver was early for both pickups which was great, really friendly and helpful. There was a bit of rubbish on the coach when we were picked up and one of the air con vents was broken but apart from that the coach was in good condition. I'd definitely use this company again."

"Absolutely perfect!. The driver, David Harris was early, very friendly and even gave us his mobile number to contact him if our return journey times changed due to the nature of our trip. Communication was excellent and his coach spotless. We even arrived early. We would definitely recommend and certainly use again. Many thanks Ambassador line coaches and David. Five stars "

"The journey was to a very pleasant and we didn't have any issues getting there. Stuart, the driver was extremely professional and very well presented. He was very accommodating to our requests and very friendly. The minibus was very clean and tidy and to a very high standard. Overall it was great value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to use Ambassador Line again or to recommend to friends."
