"Driver arrived in very good time and was very helpful and friendly. The vehicle was comfortable but would have benefited from an extra step out of the bus. Our group was elderly and several people had limitations to their mobility and the depth from the last step to the ground proved a little tricky."

We usually try to park near a high kerb to ease the distance between the ground and the step, unfortunately it's not always possible but we will take this into consideration when we upgrade the vehicle."

"Journey was fine, driver was helpful and professional, vehicle clean although it was very hot, and the aircon/cool blowers didn't really have an effect towards the back!"
