About
We are a family run business, myself, Graham, my son, Craig and my daughter, Laura. We have been operating since 2009 and we like to give a reliable, friendly and safe service as our previous reviews suggest. We offer anything to do with passenger transport whether it is a transfer to any UK airport or cruise terminal, music festivals, golfing days out, hen or stag events, nights out, weddings, christenings etc. Our large secure luggage trailer is available free of charge on trips where large amounts of luggage need to be moved.

"Our journey was excellent. Even better was our cases were on a trailer so we wasn’t squashed. The driver was actually early and very easy to talk too and was a lovely guy. We would definitely recommend him and also this is now our new company whenever we need them again. Thanks"

"Just a fantastic company to use! We initially received a great price for our journey, but after this communication was great and payment was easy. Our drivers, Jimmy and Delice were fantastic and happy to stop when we needed and just a massive help overall with drop offs and pickups, and getting the bus all packed up (we had a lot of luggage!). Fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone."

"We had Mike drive a group of hens to Newcastle last weekend and we couldn’t recommend him enough! He was very friendly, helpful, punctual and nothing was too much trouble for him. The 16 seater mini bus was very clean, comfortable and the air con was definitely useful during the heat wave! The journey was smooth both ways and Mike let us stop off at the services when we needed a pit stop. Would highly recommend using TravelSafe. Will be using this company again when booking travel arrangements. Thank you!"

"Jimmy picked us up on time for both journeys, in fact he was early. He was accommodating and helped with all our luggage. He stopped at service stations when required. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"We made really great time to our destination. Driver was helpful and polite when we had to stop once at the services. Graham called me the evening before to confirm the details and he was responsive during the booking process and helpful in accommodating a couple of changes that I made prior to departure. My only minor niggle was that I asked for the driver to call me when he arrived at the pick off location on the day of departure and he didn't call. We were unaware he had arrived as the venue has multiple entries and exits. When I called the main number I was informed that the driver had been waiting for quite some time as he'd arrived 1 hour before the agreed departure time. We had an illness within our group at the emd of the weekend and Graham did everything possible to try and accommodate an earlier time for us to leave. The driver even made an individual drop off to help us out. Would definately recommend travel safe and use them again."
