"The journey was too long than what the google suggests. The driver was not familiar with the route and took mostly the further route than what the satnav app suggested.. he was helpful yet too strict on eating while on board where even eating apple was not allowed.. the mini coach was good but too shaky and bumpy. Maybe it’s driving factor.."

"The vehicle toilet was very messy... toilet was not emptied to devon and back. Very disgusting. The toilet smelled and was over filled. Passengers had to buy products to clean the toilet but once it became filled it was all down from there."
