"Michelle was lovely. Arrived 30 minutes early for our pick up but at no point did she make us feel rushed. We were a group of 11 people on a day trip to Ascot. She was very professional and as soon as we set off she enquired that we were comfortable and adjusted the air con accordingly. The journey was smooth and on arrival she asked for the payment which was all ready for her and agreed with us where she would pick us up later on. She met us exactly where we’d planned and despite a few members of our group being a bit loud and merry asking her to change the radio channel in search of a good tune she was happy and obliging. Having the transport run so smoothly enhanced the enjoyment of our day immensely and we would all thoroughly recommend Motion Mininbus Services."

The journey went according to plan, with a clean and comfortable vehicle and the customer service was brilliant! The driver was able to accommodate for us being 15 minutes late, helped look for my lost phone and even drove us a little further to mcdonalds at very early hours of the morning.
