"Our driver was Steve and he was very helpful did his best to get the coach air con working but unfortunately it wasn't to be but he did keep apologising which was all he could do considering it was one of the Den Caney coaches the company had just bought out. But the coach was really nice very comfortable and I noticed Steve was cleaning the insides of the windows while we were at the workhouse definitely a man who looks after his customers. the journey it self was uneventful apart from the usual hold ups, tractor in front, busy time with home goers. Thanks for a lovely day will certainly use Kings Norton Coaches again."

"Absolutely brilliant used for wedding transport 2 mini buses ,came on time ,drivers were polite and friendly 100 per cent will use again .Thankyou kings Norton coaches"

"The journey was smooth and we got safely to and from the destination without any problems. It was wonderful I say. The driver drove so safely and very careful. There was nothing that made us feel frightened. The arrived on time at the first pick point. He helped people to get safely on the bus. He spoke to passengers properly and showed he was very good to all passengers. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. There was nothing to complain of. We sat nicely on the seats."

"Visit to Abergavenny was very pleasant good destination 5 Driver very personable, helpful and smart, smooth driving 5 The vehicle was spotless ( I didn't use the toilet so can't comment on that) seats comfortable even for me with a spine injury. 5"

"As with previous trips with your company it was very enjoyable. Our driver Steve makes you feel so welcome is so helpful and pleasant. His appearance was clean and tidy, and is a credit an great asset to your company. Had no problem or issues with the vehicle it was clean and comfortable. I will definitely continue to recommend you to people l know and am looking forward to the next trip which l have already booked. Thank you Kings Norton coaches and Steve.."
