"Our driver was Steve and he was very helpful did his best to get the coach air con working but unfortunately it wasn't to be but he did keep apologising which was all he could do considering it was one of the Den Caney coaches the company had just bought out. But the coach was really nice very comfortable and I noticed Steve was cleaning the insides of the windows while we were at the workhouse definitely a man who looks after his customers. the journey it self was uneventful apart from the usual hold ups, tractor in front, busy time with home goers. Thanks for a lovely day will certainly use Kings Norton Coaches again."

"Journey was good apart from not being able to turn off heater, made onwards journey quite uncomfortable and nausea making Driver was great, apologetic and trying to do everything he could in a vehicle he was unfamiliar with The coach was not as good quality as the normal KNclean, but seats had little knee space or movement space if seat infront wasnt in upright (although they dont go upright lol) position, luckily my neighbour didnt mind not lounging backwards"

"The journey was smooth and we got safely to and from the destination without any problems. It was wonderful I say. The driver drove so safely and very careful. There was nothing that made us feel frightened. The arrived on time at the first pick point. He helped people to get safely on the bus. He spoke to passengers properly and showed he was very good to all passengers. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. There was nothing to complain of. We sat nicely on the seats."
