We take this very seriously as we know that you, the customer has a choice.
All our valued staff follow our vision to ensure that all our customers receive the very best service.
After many years experience in the coaching industry travelling extensively in the U.k. and Europe, we know that the Quality of the Service from all of our staff, is paramount to the success of the Company so far, and whilst we are not by any means the biggest company in respect of vehicles, we strive to be the biggest company in terms of the quality of our service.
All our drivers are CRB checked, have valid Driver Qualification Cards, and all our vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained and serviced.
All of our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts, reclining seats, air conditioning, have toilet facilitiies and curtains.

"I couldn't go on this trip, but my members tell me the driver was really excellent, very helpful and polite. The journey was good, the coach comfortable and clean. When I needed to speak with the company to make specific arrangements they were extremely helpful and obliging."

Having the coach on that side of the ferry was very useful and you managed to make it so easy. I will be passing on your details to other units on the Isle of Wight for next time we travel over. "We had booked A Coach from Destination Coaches for a day picnic for our voluntary group from Southampton to Avon Beach Dorset and back. Dave Osborne was our main contact person and driver too. He was so polite and punctual. He was dressed Fabulously and shared a few jokes with us and made us laugh. Thank You, Dave. Bihula Vaz, Treasurer, Golden Goa Association, Southampton."

"We used Destinations Coaches for our recent trip to Newbury Racecourse. I must say the service received from all concerned was top class and hassle free. The company couldn't have been more helpful with the actual booking supplying a first class vehicle and a driver who went out of her way to deliver the best of service. It was a smooth comfortable journey conducted in heavy traffic. On arrival at the race course our driver even arranged for a buggy to transport my disabled wife from the coach park to the entrance. On the return journey she dropped some of our number at additional stops. All in all it was a splendid day out and I would certainly recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you to Patrice the driver and to Dave who we dealt with in the office."
