Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. For those of you who already use our services, thank you for your continued custom, for those of you who haven’t used us before, why not give us a go and see what you are missing out on.
We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.
We always offer an exceptional service and can offer you some amazing deals on coach hire! The safety of our passengers has always been of paramount importance and we have been vindicated in the pursuit of this goal as we were amongst one of only 11 founder members nationwide of the DVSA’s EARNED RECOGNITION scheme for coach operators.

"We have used Barnes every year for the past 5 years to take us on a company day out to London from Swindon, we are always provided with an excellent service. "The driver collected us, as arranged, and found a drop-off point in town which was suitable. The journey was smooth and comfortable, and it felt as though we were in safe hands. The driver was polite and friendly, and his bus was spotlessly clean, and cheerfully decorated for Christmas. All those involved had an excellent time, and we are grateful to Barnes Coaches for the contribution which they made to a great day out."

"Right from the moment we arrived at the coach we were made comfortable and welcome on a very cold morning. Our driver was more than helpful and pleasant throughout. He managed to take us right to the entrance and came back promptly to collect us there."

"The quality of driving was excellent, we felt very safe. The coach was clean and well looked after. Our driver was punctual and helpful however we had an issue with timing due to the amount of traffic- this cant be helped and our drop off wasn't where we were epecting to be dropped and picked up from. This caused a timing problem for the return journy which could not be helped and we were a little later then expected, it is hard to navigate 60 children through the Christmas markets! A phone call was sent to school from the owner which was agressive- This is a shame as we have used Barnes on many an occassion but we will be rethinking our choise in the furture. "

"Hi, we have spoken to the school to apologise if our tone was taken as being aggressive. The group were late arriving in Bath in the morning due to traffic, this led to them delaying the return time which then delayed the coach for the return journey. ."
