"We hired this service to transport our guests to and from our wedding in a remote village in Nottinghamshire. Our guests arrived on time in the morning and all seemed well - although there was some complaints about the drivers rudeness as well as a minor crash with another vehicle. However, the main issue was that the driver did not pick up our guests in the evening at the location requested. Despite confirming this location two days before, guests had to walk 10 minutes to find the bus service. It was important to us that, because it was late and the location remote, guests caused minimum disturbance to the village - hence we chose the pick up location to be as close to the venue as possible. However, we’ve now received multiple noise complaints and threats to raise this with the local council. A bitter aftertaste to our special day."

"Journey to our Xmas party was good. Could have done with the radio working so we could get in the Christmas spirit but not a deal breaker. Driver on time and the bus was nice and clean."

"We used this coach company to take a group of young people to an event in London. Whilst the coach was on time and the driver appeared to be a safe competent driver who got us there and back safely and in good time, I probably wouldn't use them again for a youth group and I have 2 main reasons why: - The name and contact number of our allocated driver we were sent in advance, was not the same driver that appeared in the coach. From a safeguarding point of view when taking young people on a trip to have someone different unexpectedly turn up is a little unnerving. - unfortunately the cleanliness of the bus left a little to be desired...including what I'm 99% sure was dried on blood on one of the back seats of the coach (if you wish to contact me further I have a photo) . I was that sure it was blood I had a mild panic one of the young people had hurt themselves before they explained it had been there since they got on and no one was hurt. In a nutshell they were on time and drove safely, but I was alarmed at not being informed of the last minute change of drivers, and whilst I can forgive a bit of dust, if it was a blood stain, I find that hard to overlook. Perhaps we were just unlucky?"

"The process of booking with Tiger was easy from beginning to end - nothing was too much trouble and the lady I dealt with in the office understood exactly our requirements. The coach was clean and comfortable and Roger the coach driver was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this company and we will be using again."
