"O na positive note the buses were comfortable and clean. Drivers were helpful and polite. They communicated very well indeed. On the downside, on our outward journey the coach was 40 mins late meaning that we were very tight for catching our flight. On our return journey the coach was 'double booked' and so we were sent two vehicles. This was not perfect but it was communicated well on both ocassions."

"From booking to completion of the journey, communication was brilliant. The driver attended on time and was considerate, respectful and helpful. The bus was clean and comfortable. Will book again in the future. Thank you for making the trip an enjoyable experience."

"This was the first time we have used Read Travel and the communication before the event was efficient and I was confident this was a well run company. Although we arrived and returned safely, we did have some problems. I contacted the owner, Sid, who has since addressed everything in a polite and efficient manner. His concern was expressed very sincerely and he has offered to rectify the situation which we have accepted with appreciation. We will now use this company again in the knowledge that they are keen to please the customer and take action if anything is not to a high standard."

"The journey was quick and easy. The driver arrived on time. The driver also kindly amended the time to leave earlier after we requested for this. The team are friendly and helpful. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. They also had sick bags on board which was helpful when we had a child with unexpected travel sickness. Thanks!"
