"I booked Connaught quite last minute due to the train strikes as I had organised a trip for my pals to go into London for a meal and a show. They were very professional and timely on pickups and drop offs. Will definitely use them again. Thank you."

"The driver arrived early for the initial pickup and was happy to wait until the allowed time. The driver was also able to pick us up a few minutes earlier than scheduled, when the event ended slightly earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately the driver was not that friendly and didn't give us information about the journey, as he followed an unusual route to our destination due to traffic. The vehicle was in good condition and clean, but didn't look like the pictures as I remembered them (that might say more about my memory than the pictures!) The only complaint I have is that I had requested a drop off at two locations, but the bus driver refused to do that. Fortunately we were able to arrange lifts but I made it clear at booking time that we wanted to do this."

"Driver arrived 1 hour before hand was very helpful great communication mini bus was clean comfortably very good service all way through out. Price was best around out of 10 quotes that I had. Return trip equally as good driver in communication making sure he was there on time to collect us highly recommended"
