"The bus was 35 minutes late which almost meant we were unable to enter our venue. Despite the rest of the trip being pleasant this is unexcusable and to make it worse no apologies or compensation was offered. I also had to ring the driver to find out where he was as as I was not notified about the lateness. The journey was fine, the driver wasn’t very chatty. The return was also pleasant but was over shadowed by the punctuality."

"I'm over the moon with the service we received from Castle Coaches..the driver picked us up at exactly the time specified he was very helpful attending to all our luggage,and welcomed us all on board. Our journey to Bristol went smoothly. We spent the weekend in Bristol and had made arrangements for Castle Coaches to pick us up for our return journey..once again they provided an excellent service..i would highly recommend this company.."

"Although communication before the journey could have been more customer focused and professional, the journey itself was fine on the day. Although the driver was a little late arriving, he was polite and we had plenty of time, so he also agreed to a comfort stop along the way. The vehicle was an old minibus and we were packed in tightly with all our luggage, which along with the blacked out windows obscured the view of of the window somewhat. Apart from that, the drive was reasonably comfortable and we arrived safely and on time."

"price of hire was very competitive minibus arrived within 5 mins of time stated and were clean and tidy, my only criticism would be that they are not liveried so if there was a lot of coaches waiting you would not know it was them but this would not stop me from recommending them"
